Sierra is focused on equity and on creating a table of opportunity where everyone is included. She's interested in engaging audiences and communities in new and exciting ways, and bringing people together through the sharing of stories and the human experience. Sierra strives to create a Theatre of the Empowered, where people are valued for their innate humanity, and can reach their highest artistic potential.

In July, Sierra began working as one of the co-producers of Pass Over on Broadway through the Seat at the Table Program, and made her Broadway debut when previews began on August 4th. Pass Over was a New York Times Critics Pick, and has been hailed as one of the best pieces of theatre in 2021 by numerous publications.

Sierra is currently the Artistic Programming Coordinator at the Broadway Advocacy Coalition.
